Register →ARAMIS 3D 12M holds a pair of 12 megapixel cameras on a fixed base. The calibrated geometry does not change between tests, so setup is faster and results are directly comparable test to test. That repeatability is what makes it the sensible choice for recurring test programs and for measurement stations that stay built.
It captures full-field strain, 3D displacement, and motion without contact, and synchronizes with the test frame through the ARAMIS Controller. Where measuring volumes change often, the Adjustable systems are more flexible. Where the event is fast, ARAMIS 3D SRX adds the frame rate.
Part of the ZEISS ARAMIS Optical Strain family. The measurement principle is explained on our Digital Image Correlation page, and community good-practice guidance is published by the International DIC Society.
The faster sibling, the adjustable alternative, and the software used to automate a fixed measurement station.

Repeatability and setup speed. The calibration holds, so a recurring test starts faster and results compare cleanly across runs. If your measuring volume changes regularly, the adjustable systems will serve you better.
Yes. The Trilion Automation Suite scripts acquisition, evaluation, certification, and reporting, which is how fixed-geometry stations are run in automated inspection programs.
Through the t.Cert workflow in the Trilion Automation Suite, which verifies the system against a NIST-traceable t.Check gauge block and produces automated pass and fail reports aligned to ASTM E83-25.
Yes to both. System rental covers short programs and evaluation, on-site measurement puts our engineers on your test, and offsite lab services run it in our lab. On-site training is available when you want the capability in house.
