ZEISS O-DETECT optical measuring machine

ZEISS O-DETECT is a fully optical measuring machine built for fast, non-contact dimensional inspection. Parts are measured from the image, so soft, thin, or easily marked components are never touched by a probe.

A high end camera brings image quality usually reserved for higher equipment classes into the entry level segment. Several illumination options cover different tasks, from transmitted light on silhouettes to angled incident light that lifts surface detail and edges out of low contrast material.

Accuracy is specified as MPE to ISO 10360 for comparability. An optional ZEISS XDT sensor adds multisensor capability when a task needs more than optics alone.
